She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph P. Risner and Katherine Gullett; her siblings, Tom Ray Risner, Carl Jay Risner and Betty Rose Risner Markland; and her pet Maggie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Sue Vice of Mt. Sterling, KY and Katherine "Shelly" Jones; her close friend Floyd Braham of Mt. Sterling, KY; her sister Sandra Perkins of West Liberty, KY; her grandchildren, Macy Staton and Jacklyn Jones; the father of her children Jackie Jones (Surena Kay) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her pet Bella.
