He is survived by: his wife Dena Horner Rothwell of Mt. Sterling; his children, Charles Rothwell of Franklin, Timmy Rothwell of Franklin, Ohio, Patty Rothwell of Franklin and Angel Horner of Hamilton, Ohio; and his sisters, Vondrine Rothwell Wattenburger (Jack) of Winchester, Margaret Powell (Jack) of Mt. Sterling and Maggie Fitzgerald (JR) of Middletown Ohio. He is also survived by his family and friends.
