He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cassidy Benham of Mt. Sterling; his children, Ryan Benham (Marina) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Andrew Morrison (Kelly) of Louisville, KY, Scott Benham of Salem, IN, Heather McGuire of Lexington, KY, Rebecca McDaniel (Mark) of Lexington, KY and Greta Morrison of Mt. Sterling, KY; his siblings, Timothy Benham of Georgetown, IN, Douglas Hall (Sarah) of Ocala, FL, Robert Hall of Petaluma, CA, Carletta McKinney of Salem, IN and Lawanna Schneck (Steve) of Little York, IN; his grandchildren, Emma Morrison, Luke Morrison, Grace Morrison, Mariah Benham, Jacob Benham, Jerrod McGuire and Addam Hughes; and his great grandchild Lilly Hughes.
