She is survived by: her husband Kendall Carpenter; her children, Tim France (Crystal) of Mt. Sterling, Shane Carpenter (Gwyn) of Mt. Sterling and Chastity Carpenter of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Isaac Carpenter, Maddy France, Kaylee France, Spencer France, Lawson France, Anyia Carpenter and Gabe Carpenter; her sisters, Cathy Mills and Diane Sargent; and her aunt Shirley Spence. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
