He is survived by: his mother Gaynell Rudder Jackson; his sister Ann Jackson Moore (Jim) of Mt. Sterling; his aunts and uncles, Darvin Jackson (Linda) of Mt. Sterling, Wayne Rudder (Frankie) of Pikeville, Doug Rudder (Laura) of Baxter, Tennessee, Linda Jackson (Jim Costigan) of Mt. Sterling and Norma Lyle (Bill) of North Middletown; and his close friends, Jeff Townsend of Winchester and Robert Haydon of Mt. Sterling.
