We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2025, at the age of 74, Billy Ray Brien (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), born in Billings, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Payne and Dora Shrout Payne; his sister Reva Cody; and his brother-in-law Clyde Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Betty Congleton Brien; his children, David Ray Brien (Gina) and Shann Brien Rison (Joey); his grandchildren, Colbey Austin Ray Porter (Jenny), Logan Ann Porter (Jose), Justin Michael Rison (Lynsey), Ashton Rachel Brien, Isaac Gage Brien and Jaxon Travis Porter; and his siblings, Phyllis Roberts (Richard), Cheryl Hunt, Darrell Payne and Linda Henchon (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
