She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Rogers and Isora Wills Rogers; her husband David "Cornbread" Manley; and her siblings, Geneva Gibbs, Mattie Lou Bartley and Carl Rogers.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Latimer; her son-in-law Jim Latimer; her grandchildren, Lindsay (Jason Jackson), Elizabeth, Dana and Alex Latimer; her great grandchild Hagen Latimer; and her siblings, Lela Johnson (Bill) of Mt. Sterling, Jean Dale of Mt. Sterling and Bill Rogers of Salt Lick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
