She is survived by: her children, Russ Setters (Cindy) of Mt, David Setters (Margie) of Winchester, Jeff Setters (Tina) of Owingsville, Tony Tincher of Texas, John Tincher of Indiana, Angie Williams (Don) of Winchester and Heather Hart (Rich) of Cape Corpal; and her siblings, Elbert Lee Carpenter and Thelma Frazier (Wendall). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
