He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Stephens and Nellie Collins Stephens; and his brother Bobby Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Paula Stephens; his children, Nick Stephens (Heather) and Lacy Stephens; and his sister Judy Townsend (Danny Ray).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Church of God (1051 Camargo Rd, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
