It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jane Frodge (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), who passed away on August 12, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Highley and Edna Bowles Highley; her son Michael William Frodge; and her sister Ann Crouch. She is survived by: her children, Cameron Frodge (Tara) of Burlington, KY and Marsha Howe (Jerry) of Crittenden, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
