With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Dotson of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Thompson and Maggie Thompson; and her husband Kenneth Dotson. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Jo James (Michael) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Stacey Dawn St. Louis (Daniel) of Lexington, KY; her siblings, Steve Thompson of Mt. Sterling, KY, Elizabeth Treadway of Mt. Sterling, KY and Jackie Chastain of Nicholasville, KY; and her grandchildren, Marcus Gayne Richards II, Kendra Michelle James, Michael Joe James, Jamie St. Louis and Jaquan St. Louis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
