He was predeceased by: his parents, Ballard Floyd and Carol Martin Stafford, Jr.; and his stepdaughter Stacy Ballard. He is survived by: his daughter Sara Phelps (Cory) of Jeffersonville, KY; his brothers, Lyn Stafford (Christy) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Robby Stafford (Jennifer) of Owenton, KY; his grandchildren, James Maxwell Phelps and Kanen Floyd Phelps; and his nieces and nephews, Logan Stafford, Callie Stafford, Tylor Stafford and Briton Stafford.
