He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ballard and Louellen Ingram Ballard. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Joe Ballard of Georgetown, KY, Anita Ballard and Becky Seales of Mt. Sterling; his grandson Waylon Seales of Mt. Sterling; and his sister Anna Lee Smith (John) of Sudith, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
