Though Ashley may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ashley leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Hollis Milton and Kathleen Carpenter Milton of Mt. Sterling. She is survived by: her husband John Oakley of Mt. Sterling; her children, Abagail Harvey of Mt. Sterling, Aiden Harvey of West Liberty and Cameron Highley of Owingsville; her stepchildren, Ryan Oakley, Kiersten Soils, Samantha Oakley and Zelda Oakley of North Carolina; and her siblings, Lisa Parker of Carlisle and Michael Milton of Carlisle.
