With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Spencer Jr. (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), who passed away on May 15, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Spencer and Mattie Agee Spencer; his son David Wayne Spencer; and his siblings, Cecil Spencer, Edison Spencer, Kenneth Spencer and Elizabeth Tincher.
He is survived by: his wife Helen King Spencer of Mt. Sterlng; and his children, Arthur "Buddy" Spencer, III of Mt. Sterling, KY, Debbie Martin (Leonard) of Mt. Sterlng and Michelle Hash (Eric) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
