He was predeceased by: his father Russell V. Blevins; and his brother Mike Blevins. He is survived by: his mother Lilly Marlene McCarty Blevins of Mt. Sterling; his wife Shanna Dunaway Blevins; his children, Anthony Wayne Blevins II (Mary) of Mt. Sterling, Zachary Clark Blevins of Mt. Sterling and Brooke Oakley (Michael); his brothers, Gary Blevins (Teresa) and Mickey Blevins (Jan); and his sister-in-law Darlene Blevins of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, as well as many loving extended family members and friends.
