She was predeceased by: her parents, O. F. Young and Bessie Watts Young; her husband James Dennis Bonfield; her daughters, Kathy Bonfield and Patricia White; her siblings, O. F. Young, Burns Young, Beatty Young, Bobby Young, Susan Talbott, Claire Carter and Katherine Young; her grandson Mark Lockwood; and her great grandchild Sidney Ruth Pung.

She is survived by: her children, Mimi Leppert (Chuck) of Louisville, KY, Mikey Skerchock (Lonnie) of Burlington, KY, Jan Karsner of Mt. Sterling, KY and Jim Bonfield (Peggy) of Mt. Sterling. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Mt. Sterling.
