He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Neal and Nannie Drake Neal; and his daughter Lisa Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Guy Neal of Mt. Sterling; his daughter Karen Slemp (Paul) of Mt. Sterling, KY; his stepchildren, Pauline Sanders of Paris, KY, Diane Boyd of Mt. Sterling, KY and Charles Griffith (Stacey) of Harrodsburg, KY; and his siblings, Elvin Neal (Betty) of Stanton, KY, Joe Neal (Dee) of Stanton, KY and Mary Snowden (Rodney) of Estill County, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
