He was predeceased by: his parent Allen Willoughby; and his siblings, Lona Kemplin and William Willoughby (Bill). He is survived by: his spouse Norman Jo Cross; his parent Mayme Willoughby; his daughters, Nancy Cooper, Ronnie Cooper of Mt. Sterling, Carla Baker and Michael Baker of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Caroline Cooper, Tyler Fruth of Pikeville, Jonathan Baker and Joseph Baker of Nashville, TN.; and his brother Carl Hord Willoughby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
