He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Bowling and Fay Feltner; his stepmother Reba Bowling; and his brother Gary Bowling. He is survived by: his wife Linda Adams Bowling of Mt. Sterling, KY; his son Jamie Bowling (Michelle) of Richmond, KY; his sisters, Veronica Canter of Mt. Sterling, KY, Anna Lee Thompson of Pikeville, KY, Gail Leach of Georgetown, KY, Karen Donithan (Larry) of Richmond, KY, Kathy Hiler (Charlie) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Gloria Maddox (Phil) of Richmond, KY; and his grandson Evan James Bowling.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at the Machpelah Cemetery (600 E Locust St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353).
