He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dewey "Jake" and Carrie Thompson Warren; his siblings, Lillian Milby, Rudolph, James and Jimmer Jake; and his son-in-law James Wilhoit.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Bailey Warren; his children, Connie Sue Wilhoit of Campbellsville and Mark Warren (Kathy) of Mt; his sister Dorothy Ward of Hodgenville; his grandchildren, Jeremy Wilhoit, Jessica Lotter (Jeremy), Stephanie Williamson (Craig), Ashley Wilhoit, David Wilhoit, Taylor Warren and Kari Warren; and also Sherman. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and his faithful companion.
