She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl Underwood and Norma Jean Crabtree Underwood; her husband Frankie Gene Smith; and her brother Jesse Jerome Crabtree. She is survived by: her children, Robbie Smith (Jessica) of Mt. Sherman, William Brian Smith (Brenda) of Lebanon, Christy Wilson of California, Buddy Bowling of Manchester and Michelle Howard (Shane) of Taswell, TN.. She is also survived by grandchildren great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
