He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Milby and Effie Matherly Milby; and his children, Tammy Skaggs and Rocky Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Roxye Ann Thomas Milby of Mount Sherman; his children, Sandy (Kenny Hill), Joy (Gary Foster) and Tim; his daughter-in-law Kim Skaggs of Texas; and his brother Jerry M. Milby of Greensburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
