She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Dale Pennington; her children, Cristy Dixon of Sparta, TN, Russell Truxillo of Liberty Hill, TX and Jamie Pennington of Fouke, AR; her sister Ruby Kathryn Griffin of Mt. Herman, KY; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Kaytlyn Truxillo, Destiny Russell, Cassidy Dixon, Jamie Lynne Crawford, Joshua Pennington, Lauren Basham and Luke Jones. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
