She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Inez (Daniels) and Lonnie Smith; and her brothers, Jessie Smith, Julius Smith, James Smith, Willis Jay Smith and Lonnie Smith Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Truman Smith of Mount Hermon, KY and Matilda Birge of Glasgow, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
