It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Payne of Mount Hermon, Kentucky, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Kathylyn (Jackson) and Dee Bosley. She is survived by: her husband Joe Payne; and her siblings, Kathlyn Bosley Hicks and Steve Bosley of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by half sisters and cousins.
