He is survived by: his wife Donna Elaine Runner Palmer of Mount Eden; his children, Justin Palmer (Nicole) of Mount Eden and Winona Palmer Eargle (Alan) of Mount Eden; his grandchildren, Lily, Hannah, Wilhelm, Ava, Elly, Wyatt, Fletcher and Caulfield; his brother-in-law Hugh Runner (Peggy); and his nieces, Tiffanie Vaught (Thom) and Melissa Dyer (Bryan). He is also survived by four great nieces and one great nephew.
