He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Day and Opal Caudill Day. He is survived by: his wife Judy McClain Day of Mount Eden; his children, Chris Day (Stephanie) of Louisville, Kimberly Gibson of Lexington and Kristen Williams (Luke Hoskins) of Mount Washington; and his sisters, Gerri Carrol (Ron) of Jeffersonville, Linda Wilkens of Hodgenville, Kathy Hicks of Elizbethtown and Debbie Weakley of Elizbethtown. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and two bonus grandchildren.
