He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Welch Moore. He is survived by: his father Donald Moore; his wife Diahann Seger Moore; his children, Sherri Stevens (Adam), Marc Moore (Tara) and Steven (Krysta); his grandchildren, Olivia, Emma, Sophie, Jackson, Piper, Cora, Molly and Lucy; and his brothers, Dennis Moore (Judy) and Daniel Moore (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Van Buren Church of Christ (1425 Van Buren Rd, Mt Eden, KY 40046).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
