He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rhoades and Ollie Karr Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Faye Powell Rhoades; his daughters, Gwendolyn Washburn of Shelbyville and Lori Ellen Rhoades of Shelbyville; and his brother Clarence Eugene Rhoades (Tomi) of Lebanon Junction. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
