He is survived by: his wife Connie Cotton Scarbrough; his children, Misty Nichols (Phillip), Loman Scarbrough (Carol) and Derrick Scarbrough (Mindy); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Autumn, Dustin, Peyton, Ethan, Kira, Austin and Logan; his great grandchildren, Addi, Emilee and Maverick; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Fox, Susan Cavanaugh, Joey Harralson, Shirley Adams, John Heckler, Ann Vandewater and Becky Gibbons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
