It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Yvonne Starks of Mortons Gap, Kentucky, who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Allie Wells; her husband Kenneth Durwood Starks; and her siblings, Linda Sue Parker and Phil Holt Wells. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth M. Starks (Becky) and Dennis R. Starks of Mortons Gap, KY; and her grandchildren, Dale Starks, Autumn Parker and Austin Starks. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
