She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Lock of Mortons Gap, KY; her children, Hannah Lock of Mortons Gap, KY, Brandon Lock of London, KY and Dylan Lock of Mortons Gap, KY; and her siblings, Nona Lynch of Highland, IN and Michael Vanzo of Highland, IN.
