He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Thomas Lee and Nevejene Almon Lee; and his wife Shelia Ann Lee. He is survived by: his children, Emily Decobert (Benjamin) of Prestonsburg, KY and Eric Thomas Lee (Tammie) of White Plains, KY; his siblings, Ianthe Daugherty (Earl) of Somerset, KY and Gary Lee (Janice) of Mortons Gap, KY; and his grandchildren, Kristen Lee, Brandon Lee, Natalie Ipock, Brandon Hall and Jarissa Tailor. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
