He is survived by: his wife Betty Kassinger (Durham); his children, Laurie Stanley (Charles) of Madisonville, Kathy of Nortonville, Timothy Kassinger of Nortonville and Michael Kassinger of Nortonville; and his half-sister Willadean Leisey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
