She is survived by: her children, Judy Plunkette of Mortons Gap, KY, Mary Michelle Lambert (Michael) of Mortons Ga, KY, Martin Thomas (Sandy) of Madisonville, KY and Duane Thomas (Linda) of Vine Grove, KY; and her sister Georgia Hayes of Earlington, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
