She is survived by: her son William Sizemore; her stepson Michael Simmons; her brother Robert Lee Layman Jr.; her husband Arthur Simmons of Mortons Gap; her children, Starr Sizemore of Madisonville and Brook Sizemore (Joanne) of Madisonville; her stepson Jeffery Simmons of Nortonville, KY; her grandchildren, Brett Sizemore (Katie), Cara Reynolds (Aaron), William Gauge Terry, Sydnee Sizemore and Michael Simmons; and her nieces, Jennifer Springer and Nichole Clements.
