She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Coakley and Mary Elizabeth Coakley; her husband Steve E. Holmes; and her brothers, Virgil Ray Coakley, Marshall Owen Coakley, Gary Allen Coakley, Terry Lynn Coakley and Jerry Lee Coakley.
She is survived by: her daughter Candy; her son-in-law James Marsh of Beulah, KY; her siblings, Judy Hancock (Ben) of Hopkinsville, KY, Betty Hopper of Madisonville, KY, Anne Clevenger (Clint) of White Plains, KY, Jannie Coakley of Richland, KY, Roger Dale Coakley (Susan) of Madisonville, KY and Perry Lee Coakley (Meko) of Nebo, KY; her grandchildren, Cody Marsh, Brandi of Mortons Gap, KY and Caitlin Jane Watts (Travis) of Dawson Springs, KY; and her great grandchildren, Braylee Marsh, Callyn Marsh, Talon Watts and Rhyan Watts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
