She was predeceased by: her parents, Margie J. Jones Howell and Harry Howell, Sr.; her husband Alvin Lee Barnes; her daughter Sheila; her son-in-law Gary Anthony; her son Clayton Love; her siblings, Diana Daugherty, Joana Shelton and Harold Howell; and her grandsons, Chad Eugene Love and Keenan Lynn Forbes II.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Forbes (Keenan) of Madisonville and Connie Love of Mortons Gap; her sister Debbie Kelley (James) of Sebree, KY; her grandchildren, Amanda Carlton of Madisonville, Regina Bashant of Clarksville, TN, Gary Bo Anthony of Tennessee, Justina Anthony and Harold Anthony of White Plains, KY; and her great great grandchild Freysa Lee Eris Tindle. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
