He is survived by: his wife Sue Chaney Blanchette of Mortons Gap, KY; his children, Mark Johnston (Jenny) of Henderson, KY and Terry Horn (Michael) of Nashville, TN; his sister Diane McCormack of Dale, IN; his grandsons, Ben Parker of Richmond, VA and Tony Parker of Franklin, TN; and his close friends, Bro. Terry Barnes, Gary Sims and Don Conway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
