She is survived by: her children, Michael Blades (Brenda) of Nortonville, Danny Blades (Connie) of Hopkinsville, Mark Blades of Mortons Gap, Pamela Stringer of Madisonville and Penny Leonard (Earl) of Madisonville; and her siblings, Denny Richards (Linda), Jean Brooks, Georgie Duke of Mortons Gap, Sonya Thompson of Mortons Gap, Shirley Campbell (Mike) and Janet Renfro. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
