He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ray Crook and Lily Helen Roberts Redman. He is survived by: his sons, Ronald "Stormy" Crook of Medon, TN and Michael Crook (Amber) of Earlington, KY.; and his sister Patty Headrick of Wichita. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
