He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Howell and Margi Howell; his son Bobby McDonald; and his siblings, Harold Howell, Linda Love, Diane Daughtery and Jo Ann Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Howell; and his siblings, Debra Lynn Kelly (Bo) of Sebree, KY and Larry Howell of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old Salem Church Cemetery.
