He is survived by: his children, Kim Urbanowski (Wayne) of Boerne, TX and Nathan Todd (Alicia) of Madisonville, KY; his sisters, Leida Phelps of Topeka, KS and Naomi Helle of Monticello, FL; and his grandchildren, Kendalyn, Faith and Hope. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
