She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Owen Coakley; and her brother Jerry DeMoss. She is survived by: her children, Michael Coakley (Kim) of Mortons Gap and Wendy Smith (Clayton) of Mortons Gap; her siblings, Glenda of Bluff Springs, Donald DeMoss of Madisonville and Darrell DeMoss (Judy) of Mayfield; her grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Madisyn Coakley, Ashley Utley, Tyler Burns, Krystal Kavanaugh, Kevin Kavanaugh and Amanda Smith; her great grandchildren, Shelby Smith, Chelsey Steiner, Haley Hunt and Jasmine Rodgers; her great great grandchild Serenity Steiner; and also McKinney of Bluff Springs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
