He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fox of Mortons Gap, KY; his children, Anthony Fox of Hanson, KY and Dara Beth Starkey of Sebree, KY; his stepdaughter Mary DeJarnette of Paducah, KY; and his siblings, Sandra Curr of Kokomo, IN and Donnie Fox of Dixon, KY. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
