She was predeceased by: her parents, William Evans and Hester Evans; her husband Richard N. Faulk; and her grandson Bobby McDonald. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Howell (Harry) of Mortons Gap, KY, Ronald Faulk (Julie) of Hopkinsville, KY, Richard Faulk (Britt) of Pennsylvania and Kimberly Faulk of Nortonville, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
