She is survived by: her children, Tracy Coakley of Morton's Gap, Kentucky, Whitney Coakley of Morton's Gap, Kentucky and Gary Coakley, Jr. of Morton's Gap, Kentucky; and her brothers, Curtis Crick (Rue) of Madisonville, Kentucky, Roger Crick (Lawanda) of Madisonville, Kentucky, Marvin Crick (Debbie) of Madisonville, Kentucky, Marshall Crick (Connie) of Madisonville, Kentucky and Randall Crick (Paula) of Madisonville, Kentucky.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
