He is survived by: his mother Patricia Gail Brewer of Greenville, KY; his wife Sharon Brewer; his children, Patrick Shane Brewer of Mortons Gap, KY, Amanda Clevenger (Dennis) of White Plains, KY and Samantha Proffitt (Shane) of Mortons Gap, KY; and his sisters, Penny Lear (Jerry) of Greenville, KY and Donna Eaves (Jerry) of Powderly, KY. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
