With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William H. Pruitte Jr. of Morning View, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on July 28, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Dorothea Bovaird (Bovaird); his parent Jane Johnson; his parents-in-law, Charles Francis and Agnus Marie Bovaird (Turner); his grandparents, Hannah Johnson (Hensley) and Sherman Johnson; his uncle Elzo Johnson; and his half-sister Terri Gadd (Pruitt).
He is survived by: his children, William Jr., Jane Machenheimer (Michael), Christina Wilhoit (Glenn), Dora Fultz (Rick) and Charles (Kate). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
